Is Your Head on Straight?
Quick Healthy ChiroPractice Tip - Click to read
Did you get the big idea? Are your practice procedures about you, or are they about your patients? When we get into a challenge with how we feel about what we do, there is often an underlying issue with confidence or intention. Let’s start by having you self-assess your intention. Why are you doing what you do every day? Do you recognize the masses of sick and suffering people out there that need your help? We need to be able to work on ourselves as well as get out of our own way so that we can move past our fears. Embrace your ignorance and search tirelessly for solutions. Our suggestion is that you speak with 3 of the most successful chiropractors you know - ones with practices that you’d like to have. Put them on your mental board of directors and listen to why they do what they do. When you work for only yourself, people don’t care, but when you work to try to bring health and healing to others, you can be inspiring. Since self-confidence is a tough one to address in a few words, we suggest you fake it until you make it. Realize that those people you admire the most are just as scared as you are, they might just have a better ability to manage their fear. You’re not alone, we are here to help. |
